Prior to joining Bloomfield, Tade worked as an in-house legal officer in innovative and notable Tech startups where she engaged in transactions such as the procurement of applicable licenses, review of high-level commercial agreements for new technologies being developed and distributed, labour and employment advisory for both Nigerians and expatriates as well as structuring of internal policies.
