Ibrahim’s core areas of practice include Tax, Capital Markets, Financing, Real Estate & Dispute Resolution. Prior to joining Bloomfield, Ibrahim worked in a number of reputable entities, advising on a wide range of issues including tax compliance, financing, real estate, and dispute resolution. Whilst working in a leading dispute resolution law firm in Nigeria, Ibrahim represented several domestic and multinational entities on varying issues across the different strata of courts in Nigeria. 

He continues to provide legal and tax advisory services to local and international clients on national and cross-border tax issues. 

Ibrahim is an associate member of the Association of Accounting Technicians, West Africa (AATWA), and is currently pursuing associate membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He has also co-authored various publications on tax-related issues.


In his free time, he enjoys playing Chess.
