Adekunle Obebe
Adekunle Obebe is a Partner at Bloomfield and Head of the Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He began his career with the law office of Deji Sasegbon SAN and Co. where he rose to the position of Deputy Head of chambers for two years; he also worked with Advocaat Barristers and Solicitors before joining Bloomfield as senior partner. He has been involved in various contentious commercial disputes and is well versed in both Dispute and Alternative Dispute Resolutions. He has written various published articles including “Whistleblowers in corporate Nigeria: Myth or Reality” and “Dispute Boards and Infrastructural project finance”.

He is a Chartered Secretary, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators England and a member of the International Bar Association.

  
     
 
Oluseun Sodunke
Oluseun is a partner at Bloomfield and Head of the Immigration and regulatory compliance Group.  She holds a Law degree from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. Prior to joining Bloomfield, she worked with one of the leading law firms in Nigeria and has been actively involved in a number of major commercial transactions in the Taxation and Immigration sectors.

She has represented various clients in obtaining the relevant immigration documentation and has a wealth of experience in liaising with all regulatory bodies in Nigeria. She has also advised several companies, multinationals, and high net worth clients on a wide range of assignments.
  
     
 
Abimbola Agboade
Abimbola is an associate at Bloomfield and a member of the Intellectual Property practice group. She holds a Law degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria.

Prior to joining Bloomfield, she worked with the Lekki FreeZone Development Company as a Legal officer and has been actively involved in a number of negotiation, Alternative Dispute Resolution and lntellectual Property.
  
     
 
Dayo Adu
Dayo is an astute litigator. His practice areas are Civil and Commercial Litigation, Business Crime and Employment law.

Prior to joining Bloomfield he worked with one of the most prominent litigation firms in Nigeria. 
He also holds a law degree from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife. He is a professional Negotiator and mediator.
  
     
 


Mojisola Agunbiade
Mojisola is an associate at Bloomfield and a member of the corporate commercial practice group. She holds an LLM in shipping law from the University of Cape Town, South Africa and LLB from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, Port Elizabeth South Africa.

Prior to joining Bloomfield she worked with one of the prominent law firms in Nigeria. Her passions lie mainly in the Commercial and Maritime Law fields.
