Ebele’s core areas of practice include financing, capital markets, mergers and acquisition, private equity, foreign investments. Insolvency and restructuring, and projects & infrastructure.

In recent times, she has been part of the teams which provided legal advisory services on a diverse range of financing and capital markets transactions including a securitisation for a real estate development company and the issuance of green bonds and green sukuk by a renewable power company. She has also advised on the development of a number of real estate projects which would change the landscape in Lagos. 

Ebele current leads the firm’s company secretarial team who provide company secretarial and compliance services to clients several sectors. 

At one of Nigeria’s largest full-service law firm, Ebele worked directly with, and trained under Nigeria’s leading individuals in her core areas of practice. During her stay, she represented the Firm at the Rules Committee of the Securities and Exchange Commission, where she reviewed the current and future rules governing the Nigerian Capital Market. Ebele was also part of the research team that developed the Securities and Exchange Commission’s 10 years Capital Market Master Plan for 2015 - 2025. 

Ebele has written scholarly articles bordering mainly on finance and mergers & acquisitions; and she is a registered capital markets professional and an insolvency practitioner.
