Our Employment practice group provides the full range of legal counsel to employers in dealing with employee related issues. We advise multinationals on the legal implications of local employment, benefits and HR initiatives and provide solutions that clients need to implement regional HR initiatives and compliance.
The practice group is devoted to proactive counseling on employment and labour law matters, discipline and discharge, human resources policies and practices, wage and hour audits and other matters, workplace safety, and managing multi-jurisdictional employment laws. We also have vast experience in preparation and review employment contracts, employee handbooks, and employer policies and procedures.
